hey ppl i really need help!!

first of all i jus downloaded msn plus 3! thingy! n i dunno nething!
2nd - i cant log on msn it has been the 3rd day....n it wont log me in!!
wen ever i log in it says "We were unable to sign you in to .Net MEssenger Service, possibly because of a problem with the service or with your INTERNET CONNECTION. please make sure that you are connected to the Internet.  0x81000301"

ya so i tried everything....n  nothing works.....everything is fine even d internet is working ... but my msn is busted...somehow it wont sign me in........i really need help.!
the problem is i dunno if its d internet or msn plus!!
plz help me i really need help i havent gun on msn for 3 whole dais!! im really bord i need msn!

Try downloading MSN Messenger 6.2 again and re-installing it.

To reinstall Winsock and your TCP/IP follow these steps.

Reinstalling Winsock:

Start > Run > type regedit *click ok*
Click the + Beside HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Click the + Beside System
Click the + Beside CurrentControlSet
Click the + Beside Services
Delete The Keys for Winsock and Winsock2
Close the Registry Editor

Reinstall TCP/IP:
Start > Run > type control panel *click ok*
Switch to Classic View if needed (On the left hand side)
Double Click Network Connections

If you have Dial Up...
Right Click your Dialup Connection and click Properties
Click the Networking Tab
Click the Install button
Double Click Protocol
Click Have Disk
Where it says install Manufacturers files from: put C:\Windows\inf then click OK
Double Click Internet Protocol TCP/IP

If you have Highspeed...
Right Click Lan or Highspeed (Or Local Area Network) and click Properties
Click the Install button
Double Click Protocol
Click Have Disk
Where it says install Manufacturers files from: put C:\Windows\inf then click OK
Double Click Internet Protocol TCP/IP

Restart your computer

Messanger 6.2 will fix the conection problem i had the same plroblem for a wile!

but the bad news is dat nun of dese advice works.... i tried everything but nuttin works.....hopefully one of ma friends is a genius wit komputers if she cant fix it tonite im gona com bak here n ask for more advice!!
i really need help!!
i hav 2 komputers ....my brother's komputer works but mine doesnt!!
btw he has lik norton thingy..i dunt!
i dunt even kno wat firewall i have!?!
do i even hav one?!?

Asfar as i know Matty she used the lil prog i attached....she asked how ta work it in pm

i have the same problem....plz tell me how do i solve it...i am verrrrrrrrry upset with this  problem......plz help
