It has no AA batteries, so they shouldn't fall
Have you tried using a scotch tape or using the leather case (or the other, white one) that comes with the CW300 so that the battery thingy can't open so easily?

The little door doesnt come open, the spring coils up inside..

but still.. I dont like the fact that the lcd screen is seperate on that M3.. kinda adds alot to the size, if you know what i mean
