Can anyone help a friend of mind downloaded msn messenger 6.2 and it wont let him open it this is what it says when he opens it does anyone have any ideas----


this application has failed  to start because the application configuration is incorrect

uninmstall the file download the file again from msn messenger website and then install again should wrk
