well my specs
i have this board PC Chips M825LU Motherboard
and i want this AMD with itAMD Athlon XP 2400+
and for the fans i like your opinion in wich one is better or if you have any other recomendation is welcome

Well personally i'd get fan 3 if not that then 1.  Fan 2 is a bit of a limit for overclocking or upgrading at any time.

thanks Garndell  i like fan 3 it is my first choice to the moment, but if anybody else have any other sugestion maybe other fan with more RPM like 5000 or more please post a link to see it

The Athlon Bartons are quite an improvement over others, i'd go for a Barton +2500 if possible, you'll notice the difference afaik
Its only an extra £10 to get an Athlon Barton 2500 instead of an Athlon 2400.

The Motherboard only supports up to a 266MHz FSB on CPU so he could get a 2600+ but Bartons would be a waste on that board.

You can get KT400 & KT600 based boards for Bartons cheap nowadays, not good overclockers but they do perform well.

oh sorry, i didn't read what motherboard it was

Garndell is right i go for that AMD because its the max for my board, and i dont buy a new board cause i dont have that much money right now i just see that barton in just $67.00 and i say is a great price. maybe later get better upgrades.

about the fans Garndell you give a good option there but now i dont know wich one to take

i saw this one yesterday and i was thinking to get this one but you put me thinking with that other.
i will not bother anymore, in your opinion which one you think will make a better cooling for my settings??

When you look at them, pick the one that meets your requirements INCLUDING noise.  You don't want a airplane under your desk now do you.
