Hmmmm...
While i was reading one of cookie's replys to a thread, in the left it was saying he is online.
But when i go to the "Complete online list" he isnt there.
I got back to that thread and it was saying he was online!
I did Ctrl + F5 but i got the same results...
So is this a bug?
Edit: Its gone now...

That's because a user remains online according to the board for 15 minutes after he/she signed out. I think the who's online-list doesn't pay attention to this.
