i just got msn plus last week and i noticed yesterday that when i'm talking to someone and they have smileys in there names the smileys dont come up, instead the code for the smileys come up (like instead of the happy smiley coming up : ) without the space comes up does anyone know how to fix this?

Emoticons don't show when you use Custom Names. Just disable Custom Names and you'll see the smilies
