How do i get my messanger to look like that, and how do i get to use multi coloured text for messanger?

You have to use the Handwriting Plugin (only for windows XP and 2000). That brings the tabs.
To colour text you have two options:
Use the format tags (in the menu or in the little icon above "send" you'll find them all)
Or with shortcuts (try typing Ctrl+K, for choosing a color)

Hm, I don't know if it was added to the plugins section in the website (http://www.msgplus.net). But if you search it here I'm sure you'll find the file.

INK REDISTRIBUTABLES - it now says i need this installed? What's this?
