6.2.0137 IS the latest version... IF you realy have that version, then you shouldn't get any update-message! So check your version (
Help > About MSN Messenger), if it isn't 6.2.0137 then update, if it is 6.2.0137 then you most likely didn't install it properly, so reinstall it in that case...
