Love it when users are offered advice and they gripe that the advice isn't suited to their question when in fact it *is*

love it when people can't be bothered to read what someone has wrote and they spend most of their time repeating themself like a parrot.

Just one thing id like to say to that: You have been offered advice from us in light that were trying (on our behalf) to help you fix whatever problems you have. In return, we don’t ask for anything apart from a few details that could help us solve this problem. I’m sorry you feel like you have to repeat yourself, its not our intention to upset you, we would just like to know all the facts. Please try and give us a little cooperation as we are doing this completely for your benefit.

If you don’t have paint.. please use another program (download one if you must and don’t mind) post a screenshot as requested to help us..  It really isn’t much to ask.. and then maybe we can solve this soon
