O.P. MSN6.2.0137 Black Screen Problem
I've noticed that sometimes, with 137, the contact list goes all black when Messenger starts. I'm not the only one whos seen this (someone's just been on IRC with this problem).
I'm wondering if it's a bug/incompatibility with 137, as I haven't seen it with any other version of Messenger. What do you guys think?

IMO this is related to low resources and/or not-up-to-date drivers (or bad installed ones).

O.P. RE: MSN6.2.0137 Black Screen Problem
It's nothing to do with contact list length, as I have only 31 contacts.
So, basically, we can rule out:
- Graphics card drivers
- Low resources
- Contact list length
- Allow List length
IMO, this only leaves:
- Messenger 6.2.0137 bug
- Incompatibility between Plus and Messenger 6.2.0137
Since it happens to users of Plus, I'm tempted to go for the latter.

RE: MSN6.2.0137 Black Screen Problem
I was the person in the IRC room yesterday which brought up this subject. Appearantly Microsoft is addressing this problem. I have had the same problem again today, but this time it's different, I couldn't send any messages to my contacts, I couldn't check my email, I know it's not Plus! causing the problem, but the error message that showed up this time is Buffer overflow.....application had to be shut down in order for me to continue.
Hopefully It gets fixed soon, because I don't want to keep using Windows messenger...it's just not the same.

Theres not inconmpatibility with Messenger Plus and MSN Messenger 6.2.0137 Because I have that and i dont have any incompability's so it is simply the lack of your slow computer

Athlon 2600+ slow i think not.
Anyway, the reason I mention a possible incompatibility is basically I'm not leaving any stone unturned.
