Well, not exactly a plugin, it's a program and a plugin which work together:

Looks really great lopardo! Can't install it on this comp but I'll be sure to put it on when I get back to my other one.

One suggestion/remark though:
What about polygamy? Or if your run Windows Msg and MSN Msg at the same time and both programs need the same program to keep running?
Maybe adding an option where you can enable/disable the closing of programs if another application (another messenger) is still running...

I thought about that. Imagine you have 3 Messengers, only when you close all of them the other programs will be closed

Just a quick suggestion: When you press"Move up" or "Move down", the item becomes deselected and you have to click it again if you want to move it again. Nothing big, I'm  just being picky

Damn, I forgot to fix it, thanks for reminding me (BTW, you can use ALT+UP/DOWN ARROW, ENTER and DEL)
