I was wondering if there is a feature that allows you to:
      Stop a contact Spamming Signing on

A little example of this is when someone is saying Bye and they constantly change their status to - Appear offline, Online, Appear offline, Online - over and over again so your screen side is spammed with it..

i was just wondering if this feature isnt already implemented then maybe it could be added

What you're talking about is flooding...well there's no real way to beat it, but I suppose there could be some kind of script made to recognise it and stop it...its worth looking into...not a bad idea

Ask the annoying person to stop it...
If that doesn't help, ban him....

Something that limits the pop-ups for about 10 secs (enough time to stop about 15 pop-ups lol) and sends them a message saying "haha think you can spam me?" would be good.
