is it possible to have msn hotmail accounts thru the pop3 account setup in messenger plus 3? so if i had 2 diferent accounts i cud see if i had new email in either ones inbox

Hotmail addresses are not POP based. You can use Hotmail Popper to check Hotmail as if it were a POP account, though.

Download Hotmail Popper.

1. Open the zip file and extract the one file that's in it.
   
2. Open the file you just extracted, installation will begin.
   
3. Click Next
   
4. Choose program folder, click Next
   
5. Choose when to start Hotmail Popper (both enabled recommended)
   
6. Click Next
   
7. A flame icon will be added to the taskbar (next to the clock)
   
8. Right click that icon
   
9. Choose Help
   
10. Scroll to How do I use it, and follow the instructions

1. Now, to set up the checking in Messenger Plus!:
   
2. Go to the Preferences, POP mail section
   
3. Enter your email address
   
4. Enter your username (part before @hotmail.com) and password
   
5. Enter 127.0.0.1 as POP3 server

Basically, that's how you can set it up.
