well when somebody sends me a file through msn messenger this is how i get the request

there is no preview or even the name of the file ...






and if you see properly all the first alphabets of words accept , save and decline (i.e. "a" "s" and "d") are non clickable and are not blue in color and not underlined

i don't know what made this happen if you know how to sort this out please help

open up a convo window and go to  tools > picture previews in instant message > and then tick either small or large

Where do u see that???? LOL u should have said in convoscreen: Tools > picture previews in instant message.....

If that doesnt work i suggest reinstallin MSN Messenger.

Unfortunately this is a known bug that arises from time to time, I do not believe Plus! causes it, we don't know for sure what causes it, but this happens randomly from time to time...try uninstalling MSN Messenger and Plus! then reinstall both, it may stop it, it may not

well i don't know its fine now toddy asked me to choose either large
or small but it was already on large i changed it to none and back to large and it worked
