i've read some articles about kmixer and how it keeps freezing your comp....wel..i have the same problem too...they have a pacth for win 2000 but not win xp...anyone know how to fix this??

The patch for Win2000 might also work for XP. Try it.

er..you can onli get the pacth from windows update in the windows 200 verision..

Could you maybe give us a link to the article you have read that says about the Windows 2000 Update? I'm prety sure that everything that every fix for Windows 2000 in Windows Update is either also availible for Windows XP, or it is already fixed in Windows XP.

You could just try to go to Windows Update ( http://www.windowsupdate.com ) with your Windows XP, and then download all the fixes their (can tae a while). After that reboot and see if your problem is fixed.
