Wu-Tang, you have been having problems with your browsers latly. It is most likely not the forums but your brower. What brower were you on wene this happened?

I noticed this happens when all the text is loaded, but the images come late and you've already started scrolling down. Only in FF like Choli said.

Don't seem to have problems with this using Firefox 0.9.3

This happens in all mozilla based browsers (even old ones like Netscape 7.0).... The problem is indeed mozilla, but also a bit the way the page is build up (the use of tables I assume without looking into it in detail)

Not nessecairly, it can happen out of the blue, without touching anything...
