i need the plug-in that can see whether you are blocked by other people. Does such kind of plug-in exist?

Nope, block checkers no longer work with the protocol...if the user has allowed all other users in their Privacy options you can see if they are really online with a clone account, but if not there's no way. Block checkers used to bypass the protocol and allow you to see in any circumstance but no longer. Sorry to be the bringer of bad news...

There is a site which can give you the online status of someone, but it's not 100% accurate, but it's as far as you can go.
