Even if it could be done I can't see it automatically storing the necessary values to log you in (a security function of most web based mail clients changes the encryption of logging in regularly), so it couldn't actually take you to the page necessary to send an e-mail to that client, most likely it would open your browser to the log in page for your web based e-mail clients...
As for the "No new e-mail messages" this couldn't actually show you how many e-mails you have unless you converted the results so they looked to the computer like POP3 and Plus! could do the rest...
