the tabsev is not work for me
my msn vision is 6.2.0137
but the tabsev patch is use for 6.2.0133
anyway i dont know the really reason for it does not work for me
is there any plug-in can help me to add new tabs?

Ok. It's still up running.. Yay!!! Will proberly add some tabs when I get home then... ... I was just sure that somebody at been talking about it being down or something.. never mind... It works (I hope)... ...

If you are talking about tabbed conversation window then this is possible using StuffPlug NG... ...

StuffPlug NG is not a free soft
i need a free one

anyway StuffPlug NG can not solove my problem
because it only can add tab when i chat
but i need to add tab at msn just like the tab of altert

StuffPlug-NG is free, but you do need to get a free key from the website.

No. It modifies the Messenger executable, and reinstalling/repairing it will change it back.
