I recieved an XML file over Msn, but I wasn't able to open it and read it correctly with my editing programs. I was told that I needed to move this XML file into my history folder to be able to view it. The problem is, I don't see a MSN History folder or anything like that.

If you could help me read this file accurately, I'd be very grateful.

The only History folder I can think of is for your conversations which can be found by going Tools==>Options==>Messages. It would be in My documents something like this
C:\My Documents\My Received Files\youremail@here\History

I moved the XML file to my Chat Log history and I'm still not able to view it correctly.

I need to know how to view this file.. is there a certain program that reads XML that I don't have?

The default program is Internet Explorer. Of course, there are other programs around that can open it too.

What happens when you try to open it, e.g. which errors do you see?

I don't get an error, it opens it.. but.. I'd have to take a long while to edit it.. with all the text on it. I should just be seeing the convo.. not all this text that shouldn't be there.
