I resolved the transparency issue. :o)  (I used 256 colors instead of "True Colors") Here it is!

it would be good if someone could make a php script that would check you usage and output it as an image that you could put on forums.. :D

i don't think that's a good idea, as you'll have to sign in each time someone views your sig... =/ unless you make it like a 10 mins interval
