im editing a vb script but when i set it to change [ /quote=name] to : quote: (!N)

(!N) doesnt change to the contacts name like its supposed to.

can any1 help?

EDIT: after further testing none of the messenger plus special tags work when u set the auto talker to use them....

why is this? and is there a way round it?

It's probably because Plus replaces the tags before SPNG gets to see the message.

is there a way around this?

It's not quite the same problem, as I was having it in a plugin. Therefore, I'm afraid my solution won't work for you.
