I was just wondering if anyone can make a plugin that doesnt need msgplus patch that adds the /nick feature to msn so i dont have to use msgplus! no more.

dont get me wrong i like msgplus! its just that i only use it mostly for the /nick command and so yeah whats the point of haveing a big addon when im only gonna use a lil feature.

that isn't the sort of thing you can do with a patch...

why not just keep msgplus ? It barely takes up any room!

i don't understand y would you not want the rest of the commands. just leave it there. no one is going to just make a patch for only one command

Woudn't that be illegal anyways, since ur stealing Patchou's Stuff without permission anyways?

unless he steals the code... but that can't be implemented in a patch.

Patching MSN would be illegal tho.

Those replies are not helping in any way.... Many people wont use a program for only 1 thing. It is perfectly normal that he doesn't want install/use msgplus for only 1 command, and thus it is perfectly normal to ask such a question. Stop telling people what they should like. Those are personal preferences, and he has every right in not installing/using a program for just 1 command...

(although he should have posted in Windows/MSN Messenger and not here in the plugins forum)

They only sensible post here is from bach_m who rightfully said it can't be done with a patch. It must be done with a small addon...
