Why not an option for us to use to enter messenger offline so we can see who is online and who[font=Verdana][size=2][color=navy] is not?

You can use Jrnzloader for doing that.
I seriously doubt Patchou is willing to make MP a loader alike to do that.

Te only way this can be done is as a patch to msn (which is illegal, and Patchou won't do), or as a proxy (like MessengerDiscovery)

Because webmessinger came out after the last build of MSN. So microsoft may include this in the next update.
