When I try to send files to some people over messenger i get slow transfering speed.... it starts with 60kb/s but after a short while it slows down to maybe 4-10kb/s... what to do?? It works great to send to other people....

Do the contacts that you transfer to, and notice lower speed, have a lower connection? Actually it's probably not starting off at 60kbps, that's just as the speed is being calculated...And information on your upload speed and if you use a router or proxy could be helpful
