Hi,

I'm brand new on Plus! and I already have a problem!
I cannot hear the sound when someone is sending me them (e.g. the kiss or the smile...)
I already tried to change the Codec Audio, but it doesn't work.
Anyone has experienced and solved the same problem???

Have you checked the obvious i.e. speakers are plugged in and turned on, nothing is muted, etc...
If all that is fine, you could try updating your soundcard drivers.

Hi, thx but all is ok...perfectly working ( I just received a ppt file with sound and I heard it well).

How can I update the sound card?

First you'll need to find out what soundcard it is, by going to Control Panel | System | Hardware (XP only) | Device Manager, and looking under 'Sound and audio devices' or similar.
Then, go to the manufacturer's website and look for the driver downloads page. Download the correct driver for your card and install it.

Long, but easy really.
