hello, i've encrypted my chat logs but you can still access them from the 'file>open message history' menu without the need for entering the P/W . is there a way around this as it kinda defeats the object of encryption in the first place? or am I missing a pref somewhere?

"File\Open Message History" is the logging function of MSN Messenger 6 itself, and has nothing to do with Plus!. You may want to disable MSN Messenger's logging function in (main Messenger window) Tools\Options\Messages -> Automatically keep a history of my conversations .
