Je vous explique. Etudiant en these de socio, j'etudie l'utilisation des écrits électroniques, dont MSN, entre autres, fait partie. De ce fait, je m'interesse tout simplement à la façon dont les gens se servent des outils qu'ils ont à leur disposition. Voilà pourquoi je me permets de demander si quelqu'un aurait la gentillesse de bien vouloir m'accorder un peu de son temps pour faire un petit entretien ou s'il connait un utilisateur de Plus! qui serait susceptible d'accepter. J'habite à Toulouse, ce serait donc parfait si un toulousain acceptait. Sinon on s'arrangera autrement.

I'm sure there are plenty of French speakers on the forums, but it is against forum rules to post without an English translation, except in T&T (relaxed rules) and Translation (for obvious reasons).
If you post an English translation, you'll be able to get help from almost anyone on the forums.

One last point: I recommend that, if you post your e-mail address, do so in an image or part-image, or use <at> and <dot> instead of the punctuation. This will fool address harvesters that spammers use to collect addresses.

can someone post a (brief) translation of what is being said in french, please?

Papou follows a certain social study and he/she is interested in knowing how people use electronical means of conversation. He/she would like to get in contact with people who use this software to ask some questions to or keep a small discussion with; as he/she is from Toulouse, people from Toulouse would be nice, but others are welcome too.

Millenium_edition has accepted to be part in this, while Apatik is inclined to refuse and would like to know why Papou has asked this question.
