Since i updated plus and then used that msn loader where you can open messenger more than once i have noticed now that on my contacts who are online they have (online) next to their name. either i have never noticed it before but if its  not ment to be there can any1 tell me how to get rid of it?? thanks

it'll have that when you have "view by groups" set..

contacts> sort contacts by> Online/offline.

I don't thanks for your reply, i have them in other groups i might just not have noticed it before, but i dnt think it ever done it. mystery

hrm no thats always been there

i have just been on my sisters account on her profile on win xp and it does not show online next to their name in the contact list! so i don't know what has gone wrong

its only when you have contacts in groups.
