In other words with "#x#" you can specify a delay. The delay is in seconds and can range from 1 to 9. If you don't specify a delay, then each line is send with an internval of 0.5 seconds...

If you keep your mouse still over the textbox a tooltip will come up which explains this:

2 second interval between lines
if u want it more like a countdown use #1# instead of #2# so its more realistic
