I've installed MSG+ on other setup with no problem.

When I run the install file, all I get is the "Loading Setup..." splash and then nothing appens.

I have Windows Xp Home with Service Pack 2.

I tried installing with the FireWall and the antivirus both disabled.

Try to redownload the setup package. http://msgplus.net/download.php

If it fails you may want to try running it with the /SilentInstallNoSponsor parameter

Just had some dutch guy in IRC with exact the same problem...

* fresh and updated Win XP
* norton anti-vir disabled
* tried to install the correctly downloaded 3.25.106 on admin account
* setup froze on the splash screen "Loading Setup",  99% CPU, 2700kb memory

I advised him to send a mail to patchou....
