how do i stop people from knowing i opened a conversation with them, it seems that a lot of people have the "Window opened notifier" plug in.. its no fun if forces you to talk to them or they this your just looking at the pic witch you are...lol.......... any one know any plug-in that is not tell them when i open a conversation with them ?????????

There is no plug-in like that and if there was i think everyone will use it and the window notifier wont be of any use anymore

the best thing to do here is if you don't want to talk to them just don'y open the IM window

why do you need to open their chat window if you don't want to talk to them

to see their DP, i also do that

there should be a Plugin to see the DP without opending teh windwo

i could easily put this into openconvo but then the programm is off no use so bad luck

euhm... no... there is NO way to know the DP without opening a window... Unless you make a direct connection, which would be stupid if it'd be just for that.

If the client didn't tell the server a new window had been opened, then yeah it's possible...however that's a lot of work (even if the client can do that) there'd probably be many error repercussions in chatting...
