O.P. Contacts-on-desktop - Always on top.
The always on top feature of the Contacts-on-desktop gets 'forgotten' when MSN starts. The menu item for the feature is ticked but the windows do not float.

Unticking and re-ticking always-on-top for each contact-on-desktop gets around this problem - until MSN is restarted.

MSN Version: 6.2.0137
MSG Plus Version: 3.20.100
Windows 2000 (sp unknown)  & Windpws XP SP2

this has been discussed numerous time, but patchou says it will be fixed in v3.21
