First download StyleXP, and then, The Kid, try this site: www.wincustomize.com, if you want to customise your desktop really well, download the following from this site (win customize):

• ObjectDock (get Object Dock Plus! if you can)
  
• A load of wallpapers that you like
  
• Beatnik Internet Clock
  
• Rainlender

then you'll have a desktop that will look like this:

more software = need more resources = slows computer down

Yea just get your uxtheme.dll patched to support non microsoft signed themes so you dont need to have a proggy running

StyleXP doesn't actually slow the computer down very much, the one that uses up resources like a byatch is called Windows Blinds.. StyleXP is positively great!!

u COULD always get an iMac. THe OS is new, especially to you, and a new version is coming out in Q1 of 2005. also, it looks great.
