Impossible,

Messenger Plus! is compatible with Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/2003 and requires MSN Messenger or Windows Messenger 4.7, 5, 6 to work properly.

You can use a Proxy if you can find one or code one yourself that would allow you to login into MSN Messenger 1

I dont think its impossible since Inky made one for 7.0.0205 BETA so that ppl can keep on using it , i dont get the part about the "proxy" how does that enable him to use 1.0 plz explain as i would like to kno too.

but i agree with ur smilie and i too see no point in using msn messenger 1.0, it would cause more problems than its worth! and plus msn messenger's stability has improved ten fold since then!

Goes to show how tired I am, I read he wanted a Plugin for Plus! to make Messenger 1 work. I am going to shut up and not post for the rest of the night. (Although this isn't true but )

Anyways going back to using Messenger 1 you can use either a CVR Patch or a proxy that allows old versions to be logged in. 9InchWorm was working on but I haven't spoken to him in a bit so I am not sure of the status of it. A CVR Patch could be made but what is the sense right? I will crack open a decompiler and take a look see what I find for ya.

CVR wont work, it uses a completely different protocol version (A very very veyr very old one, which doesnt even use SSL yet). I've made a small proxy, but its not *THAT* good. It works though

that proxy doesnt work for m, i treid at home and on my computer at class (unrestriced, they are trash computers so we can tear em apart and shit, and i have win 200 on that one and xp prof on mine at home)
