Just contact msn or search msn beta testing on google or on the forums, as for testing msgplus, there is a thread where patchou posted his email for people to email him etc. to apply for testing

i highly doubt you'd become either tho, don't you have to be long-time users of this forum to become msg plus testers? and for M$ Beta tester i think its kinda the same? hmm thats what i thought anyways

No there are some n00bs that are professional and are testers, it just depends on their maturity and the way they look at software
