Ok I am running Windows ME (Please I know that is bad...  )

The plug ins link is greyed out in the chat window and it says that there are no plug ins activated or installed when I go to the plug in tab in preferences.

I have downloaded plug ins as suggested from the site and no go....

I have tried everything I can think of and cant access that section of Messenger plus...

Please help!

Go to Plus! > Preferences > Plugins! and select the plugins you have installed, they should now work.  If not, then you may not have placed the plugins in
C:/ >Program Files > Messenger Plus!3 > Plugins.

You will not have to do this if the plugin came with an installer, most will though.

Hi Traxor:

Tried both things you suggest and the plug ins link is still greyed out in the chat window and it still says that there are no plug ins activated or installed when I go to the plug in tab in preferences. I do not get the choice to select my plug ins in the preferences/ plugins window and the configure button is greyed out.  Yet the plug ins are in the correct direcory! What now??

Any other ideas??

Monty Python sounds 3, Smsounds and Spsounds with Wacko sound patcher that says my sounds are pached.... And yet still not working....

Could it be that the plugins componant is not loading right when Messenger plus loads because it is not compatable with Windows ME??

this happened to me, but it went away after a while, i dunno wats causing it

OK thanks!  I thought I was losing it or something... I still think a propper installer for the sound plugins would be good... Is it possible to do that?  I hate missing out!

Aren't these sound packs to be used with the Audiator Plugin?

Do you have a dll file in your plugin folder or is it just sounds? If it is just sounds then you will need to download and install the Audiator Plugin.
