I've downloaded some music, but I hate how slow it is, so I was wondering if there was a program I could download to speed it up (I dont need a wave ditor or anything, jus something to change the tempo and be able to play it faster in my media player)

You need a wave editor


Seriously, if you want to save the files you need to re-edit/record them with a wave editor. If it is just for playing (it wont be saved), then Windows Media Player (or most other players) can play many types of files faster then normal by selecting the playspeed.
