HI! I uninstall MsgPlus (newest) step by step with stick instruction on this forum, and even i have't MsgPlus now the blue bottom searchbar is still instaled (and window with adv is opened every time i start IE)!!! What should i do to have MsgPlus without any toolbars, searchbar or advirtsment???

i have this blue searchbar too but i dont think its a PLUS! sponsor prog. the one that comes with plus is a diffrent searhbar !!

I have seen people report this before here, so it might be related. If you are certain that this bar appeared after installing Messenger Plus! with the sponsor program, and seeing you already followed the instructions in the sticky post, you could try the following:

• Reinstall Messenger Plus! with the sponsor program
• Reboot your computer
• Uninstall Messenger Plus! right away (following these instructions)
• Reboot

See if it's gone. If so, you can reinstall Messenger Plus! without the sponsor program. If not, tell us.

It is the Plus! Sponsor, or some other C2Media item, because I helped out someone who had this toolbar and I uninstalled Plus! + sponsor and it disappeared.

I do uninstalation and then installation follow your instruction and it's working. Blue searchbar dissapire (erlier after uninstalation a don't restart machine - mayby it was this). thanks!!!

My brothers computer has that exact toolbar just above his taskbar.

I've tried everything to get rid of it but it just won't go!

I've uninstalled Plus! and re-installed without sponsors..
then rebooted.
I've ran Spybot & Ad-aware they don't find it.
I've deleted it from HijackThis log, but still keeps coming back.

Just seems to be a nightmare to get rid of.

If you used programs to get rid of it you have to uninstall Plus!, reinstall Plus! WITH the sponsorprogram, uninstall Plus! and reinstall Plus! WITHOUT the sponsorprogram.

one of my computers had this but the pc didnt have plus! installed. i removed it using Lavasofts adaware personal addition, that found it and removed - though it had to restart the computer and run as windows started because the files were continuously in use
