You can get a free .tk domain at http://www.dot.tk/vc00100.html. Do note that this is just the domain name, and that it will redirect you. It is not a hosting provider.

Dot Tk get rid of your domain name if you don't have enough visitors to your site BTW (unless you pay) I recommend http://www.cjb.net it's free and you get .cjb.net after your selected title the only thing is you have to verify that you are still using it after six months (don't worry you get a email telling you when and how).

Only problem is, that it's in Estonian and requires an Estonian mail account...
