It would be nice if there was an auto hide mode like the windows start bar has  on te side of the page so i could have contacts taking up a 1/4 of my screen but only when i want to see it


If there already is this any chance someone oculd tell me how to set it up !!!

Do you mean for desktop contacts, for the MSN Messenger contact window or for something else...

you can use Boss mode.. if i understand what you mean... (please be more specific.. i dont understand)

the main messenger window

you know when u drag it to the side it enlarges it self to fill the desktop height

it would be nice if when that happened it would slide in to a hidden position when it isnt in use like the start bar when it is set to auto hide !

You should be able to under stand that sorry if i wasnt v good at explaining it before

If you minimize it, it minimzies to the system tray. If you press Control + Space, Boss protection mode will engage and all messsage windows will disappear too...

I think he means when its docked, after a few seconds of the mouse not on it, it would sortof scroll of the screen until you move your mouse near it. I think this has been said before.

Anyway like Durex and wearahat said, bossmode.

use the shortcut to go into bossmode, and then the shortcut to exit it.
