Ok. But, I'm still thinking that the Last Seen Online would be a very useful feature.
In fact, it's JUST for the floating windows.
People who have desktop contacts is because these windows are shorcuts for their favourite contacts (family, friends, or another important person). Never is gonna be "bothering" to see more interesting and useful information about these persons by a easy way.

In other hand; Patchou, you can allow to personalize the information on the tooltips
, keeping by default "Nick", "Mail", "Status" and "Notes" and disabling "Last Seen Online" and "Last Conversation", so the user can enable these and disable others (like Mail, -why I'm need to see the mail address of my girlfriend if I know it by memory
