PLEASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!!!!

my webcam is installed onto my computer (is windows xp) and the camera is a logitech express, and the camera works fine on my computer because i can take picutres and record videos. But when i try to turn my webcam on MSN so that somenody alse can see me ,all i get is black fuzziness. Iv tried changing the settings, re-installing it and everything, just nothing seems to work!! Does anybody have the answer??

i dont have an answer but maybe try it on another computer in the house.. Then you will find if its the cameras problem or its your computer

what type of internet connection are you on ??? it you are on a dail up modem, the problem mite just be the slowness of the connect !!!

and also if you have a slow computer that will not help either, if u do have a slow computer turn off some of the settings. ones like auto adjust the light settings, and any other auto updating settings.

other then that, make sure that u have the latest drivers

go on http://www.logitech.com chose you country and then click on downloads. select your model of webcam. and download the drivers and software

I bet you have a tv tuner card install on yah system or something. when you do an audio/video tuning wizard make sure you have it set to yah webcam not yah tv tuner

did u read my post ???

have u tryed getting the latest drivers and so on

What version of msn messenger are you using?, driver update, reboot and try again

old drivers I guess, because he "updated", my cam doesn't work because i'm behind a NAT
