try using the commands 8| !?!
Are they loaded? Plus! Panel > Preferences > Plugins
you really didn't describe your problem try beïng clearer

Well my excat problme is that i downloded slaper and text fader but after (in prferances) turned them on... i dont know how to use them

or
/xslapwith <<object>>
and replace <<object>> with whatever

Not forgetting /xslapver for version information.

Do you actually mean the XFade plugin?

In that case, make sure you didn't download and installed the one you could find in the official database (listed as v2.0) as that version contains a bug (and it is actually version 1.0 that is listed there).
