Whenever i press on Crtl+Alt+Delete to get the task manager window to close some applications that are running and not respoding, i get this message where it says, ' Task Manager has been disabled by your adminstration '.

I never actually disabled it, i don't even know how to.

Maybe it was my sister, but if i ask her, she wouldn't know probably how the hell did that happen, or it could be TweakXP. I see now why people say it screws up the computer. ¬¬

So, does anyone know how can i enable it?

afaik it can only be done by editing the registry
so u were probably right in thinking it was tweak xp
as for the exact reg key its:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
look for a key called disabletaskmgr and change it from 0 to 1

So far i've only noticed 1 change, and who knows what changes has been made in the registery and the system.

Well, my desktop can expands,vertically and horizontaly while i drag and drop any icon, where i can't see half of it.
