i try to do a Remote Assistance with my friends but it wont allow me to do it because it say i dont have chat perr installed on my comp. can any help me out?

I think it means you need to reinstall Windows Messenger because remote assistance uses Windows Messenger API.

Whats API? and where may i get it from?
