First of all, I am a new poster, not a new user. Been using it for about a year and frequent this board very often.

Patchou's way of making money is interesting. I was wondering how much he makes from it. Personally, (because I've got lots of cash!) I would be happy to pay, I don't know, 20 or 30 UKP for it.

I am never going to install the sponsor stuff - like to keep my PC clean as most people do. But feel kind of guilty that such a good program isn't supported by something other than people who install the sponsor stuff.

Anyway, it's one of the best programs I've got installed and the author certainly cares about his clients. It's almost as if he's doing it for peoples' good rather than reward!

Anyway, how much do you thing it makes him? I think, not enough.

In this case you may consider visiting the Online Shop and purchase something. Me myself  bought once and the shirt arrived well.

I don't know how much he makes for it. Probably noone else than he and Fraisie knows, so go figure...
However, I don't think he'll tell anyway

Actually the profits from the shop are doubled by Patchou and sent to the red cross...

A fair guess, however since Patchou has never told us, we won't know...also he doesn't want people asking, as I believed he once said.

I won't say how much I earn, however, I can confirm once again that my revenue is not based per-install but per-use. This means that I don'T earn anythign when someone installs the sponsor package but I earn somethign whensomeone clicks on a sponsored link or on a sponsor popup .

Ithank you for wanting to support my work but you msut not feel guilty not to install the sponsor on your computer, if it's there as an option, it's precisely to give people a choice. You can send me a postcard if you have the time, I would appreciate that .
