Hi,

I have a an Internet Connection that is disconnected every 24 hours by my provider. When I set my status to offline an the connection is beeing disconnected and reconnected again, the messenger automatically set the state to online. Is there any possibility to set the state permanent?

if you set your status to offline, you might as well close messenger. That's a possible solution.

MSN Messenger 7 lets you log in with any status, and it remembers the status from the last time you got loged out
MSN 7 is now in the public beta phase which means it is avalible for download but is still in testing phase.
