O.P. Formatting Toolbar?
For whatever reason, when I open up any conversation window with anybody, the little plus icon that should show up in the toolbar area, does not show up! I have no clue why or anything, and it upsets me...I have it turned on in the Plus options and there's still nothing. I'm using Windows 2000 with MSN Messneger 6.2.0137 and Msgplus 3.25.106. I also have a skin on my MSN...it's Booghost's Clear MSN if I'm not mistaken, does that maybe have anything to do with it now showing up?
