I don't know of any plugins as such, but you might want to try StuffPlug-NG,
the newest BETA allows you to talk to people even if you are blocking them

i think he means by using the ignore feature !

as far as i kno, when u add someone to your ignore list they can't talk to you at all, but you can still talk to them

No I don't, I'm pretty sure I included a block-talk feature
Try to find it in that version on the link I gave and just talk to someone you blocked
If it's really not there you'll have to wait for StuffPlug-NG 2, as it was actually a feature planned for that

lol doesnt' work TB, just tested it, you can't talk to blocked contacts! i was like wow when i saw this thread didn't know you could do that but nah sorry you didn't include it
